Frequently Asked Questions

  • My App won't start up

    If your application displays a white screen or other similar symptoms, this is probably caused by a lack of memory. Please try using the following methods to free up memory:

    a)Shut down all multi-tasking Applications

    Double-click the Home Button.
    You will see a pane with the four applications you have most recently used.
    In order to display other Apps besides this, flick the display to the left.
    If you hold down on an App's icons, you will be able to delete it from the multi-tasking queue by clicking on the (-) icon displayed at top left.

    b)Power ON/OFF(Restart)

    Hold down the sleep button on the top of your device will bring up a display that asks you to slide to shut off the device. Slide and shut down.
    Once your device is powered off, restart it using the same button and wait until the Apple logo appears.

    c)Reset

    Press the Sleep and Home button for more than 10 seconds until the Apple logo displays.
  • The Game Slows Down on My Device

    For CAVE's iPhone applications, turning the accessibility Zoom/Zoom-out function ON will cause the application to slow down during gameplay.
    Please make sure to turn this setting OFF while playing.
  • Install Errors (“This application is incompatible with...”)

    1. Connect your iPhone and iPod touch to your PC and sync with iTunes (this should be where the "Incompatible" message is being displayed).

    2. Open the "Apps" section in iTunes and locate the Dodonpachi Resurrection application on the list of applications you have bought to the left.

    3. Next, check "Sync Apps" and check Dodonpachi Resurrection.

    4. Uncheck all applications other than Dodonpachi Resurrection.

    5. Then press the "Sync" button on the bottom right of the screen.

    6. Doing this will allow you to sync Dodonpachi Resurrection only. Please check that you have been able to sync the application.

    * Dodonpachi Resurrection is compatible with iPhone4, iPhone3GS and 3rd Generation iPod touch, the procedure above should allow you install the application normally.
  • About Matching in Mushimesama BUG PANIC

    If Matching Process does not function

    Please verify that the Multiplayer Option is set to ON in your device Settings -> General -> Restrictions -> Multiplayer.
